Elevators An elevator is located in the lobby of Ford Exhibit Hall for wheelchair access to the concourse level of Ford Arena and the second floor meeting rooms of Ford Exhibit Hall. Seating Seating designated for guests with disabilities is available for all events. Accessible and Companion seating will be held until the day of the show or until the event is sold out. Guests needing to be relocated to accessible seating can do so in advance by calling the main office at 409-951-5400. Wheelchair assistance Because of the limited number of wheelchairs, these can only be used to transport guests and cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching an event. Please notify the box office when purchasing disabled seating tickets. Sign interpretersFord Park will make every effort to provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities. We request thirty (30) days notice for such services. Please contact Event Services for more information or to make a request. Service Animals Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in Ford Park. If special accommodations are required for your service animal please notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are prohibited. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES (back to top) Alcohol is not served at Ford Fields. At our other facilities, we will not sell to anyone less than 21 years of age. Guests are required to show proper ID (valid driver's license) for proof of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. For some events, wristbands will be issued to guests over 21. Wristband stations will be located inside Ford Pavilion near the entrance and on the concourse in Ford Arena when required. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears impaired or is disturbing other guests. Alcohol sales are discontinued approximately 45 minutes before the event ends. Please drink responsibly and do not drive after drinking. Also see Designated Driver Program. ANIMALS (back to top) With the exception of service animals, pets and other animals are not allowed on Ford Park grounds. BACKSTAGE PASSES (back to top) Ford Park does not issue or have access to backstage passes. BOX OFFICE (back to top) The primary Ford Park Box Office is located at the Arena on the northwest corner. Hours are 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. On weekend event days, the box office will open two hours before the event. The box office will be open a couple hours for Saturday on-sale days, exact times depend upon the actual on-sale time. See Tickets for more information. Ford Pavilion Box Office is only open on Pavilion event days. Ford Fields Ticket Window is open during tournament play. BOTTLES AND CANS (back to top) These items are not allowed on Ford Park grounds. Anyone found to be in possession of these items may be subject to ejection. CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES (back to top) Cameras and recording devices are allowed at Ford Fields. At our other facilities, for most performances - at the request of the artists and/or leagues - cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. Upon arrival you will be asked to return these items to your car - we will not hold them until after the show. Ford Park reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events. CELL PHONES/PAGERS (back to top) Cell phones and pagers are permitted provided their use does not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests at an event. Please be courteous - quiet ringers and tone of voice when using cell phones. CONDUCT (back to top) Please maintain appropriate behavior for the comfort and safety of all guests. Offensive language and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Anyone not conducting themselves in an acceptable manner may be asked to leave. CONCESSIONS (back to top) Ford Arena has 4 concession stands on the concourse, and various portables. Number of stands open depends on size of event. Ford Pavilion has mulitple concession stands on the east and west plazas. Ford Fields concession stand is open during game and tournament play.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside facility gates or doors. Click here for more information about Catering options at Ford Park. DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM (back to top) Ford Park and SMG want you to enjoy your visit and have a safe trip home. With our Designated Driver Program, guests who have a valid driver's license, and are at least 21 years of age, can register as a "Designated Driver" at Guest Services. In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the event, and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, Designated Drivers will receive a wrist band redeemable for two (2) free soft drinks at concessions. Guests can sign up as a "Designated Driver" by going to the Guest Services kiosk at Ford Pavilion. In Ford Arena, guests can sign up by contacting any Event Services employee. DIRECTIONS (back to top) From the East Take I-10 West; exit Highway 69 South. Exit Fannett Road and turn right. The complex will be 3 miles down on the right. From the West Take I-10 East towards Beaumont. Exit Major Drive, exit #845, and stay on the service road. The complex will be on the right. From West Beaumont Take Major Drive southbound. Cross I-10 and turn left onto the service road. The complex will be on the right. From the South Take Highway 69 North towards Beaumont. Exit Fannett Road and take a left. The complex will be 3 miles down on the right. From the North Take Highway 69 South into Beaumont. Exit Fannett Road and turn right. The complex will be 3 miles down on the right. DISORDERLY CONDUCT back to top Guests who fail to adhere to Ford Park policies or local, state, and federal laws are subject to ejection from the property. All guests must be wear shirt, shoes and pants at all times while in Ford Park. DOORS/GATES OPEN (back to top) Times may vary, but Ford Arena doors gates usually open 1 hour prior to events. Check website for specific event information. ENTRANCES (back to top) Enter Ford Arena through the lobby entrance facing the parking lot. Ford Pavilion access is through the east and/or west gate. Ford Midway is accessed through the gate under the South Texas State Fair arch. Ford Fields is adjacent to the main Ford Park property, and can be reached off IH-10 or Highway 124 (Fannett Highway) near Brooks Road. EMERGENCY CONTACT (back to top) The paging of guests is not available during events. Emergency phone messages may be hand-delivered to guests when seat location is provided. Call 951-5400 for more information. EMERGENCY EVACUATION (back to top) In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. Please do not use elevators. If you are disabled, staff members will assist you in getting to safety. FIRST AID (back to top) Ford Park has emergency medical personnel on hand at all public events in Ford Arena and Ford Pavilion. For assistance, contact any Event Services staff member. GROUP SALES (back to top) Group rates are available for some events. Group size varies by event, but is typically 10-15 people. For more detailed information, interested parties may contact the Group Sales Department at 409-951-5413. The Southeast Texas Mavericks handle their own group sales. GUEST SERVICES (back to top) Guest Services operates from the time the doors open until the facility is clear of guests. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance from any staff member wearing an Event Services shirt. HANDOUTS/GIVEAWAYS/PROMOTIONS (back to top) The distribution of printed materials - fliers, handbills, pamphlets, etc. - or promotional items are not allowed on the premises without prior written authorization from SMG. Solicitation for signatures or petitions is also prohibited. LAWN SEATING (back to top) Pavilion lawn seating is general admission, with first-come, first-served seating. Lawn chairs are available for rent and are specially designed for the slope of the Ford Pavilion hill. The cost is $6.00 to rent. However, if you return the seat to the check-out station, you will be refunded $1.00 of the rental price. No rented chairs will be allowed outside of Ford Pavilion gates, and no outside chairs are allowed inside the gates. LOST/STOLEN TICKETS (back to top) Click to go to the ticket info section. LOST AND FOUND (back to top) Ford Park will hold items for sixty (60) days, after which they will be donated to charity. Owners can claim items that are turned into lost and found during regular business hours, call 409-951-5400 for more information. LOST CHILDREN (back to top) Anyone finding a lost child should bring him or her to the nearest uniformed personnel or event staff. If an authorized friend or family member does not pick up the child within 60 minutes of the end of the event, the child will be turned over to police custody. METHODS OF PAYMENT (back to top) Click to go to the Ticket info section. NOISEMAKERS (back to top) Artificial noisemakers (i.e., air horns/whistles) are not permitted without management approval. Noise making items found in Ford Park are subject to confiscation by event security. PACKAGE/PURSE/GUEST INSPECTION (back to top) For security reasons or at the request of the promoter, SMG reserves the right to visually inspect guest packages & purses. All guests are subject to search. Additional security measures and restrictions may be required for specific events. PARKING (back to top) Ford Park offers 6,000, well-lit, secure parking spaces on the Complex grounds. Lots open three hours prior to show time. Parking fees vary per event. For most concerts, parking will be included in the ticket price. Depending on the level of attendance at events, we may offer a traffic alert to assist in the entering and exiting of the parking lots. Please follow directions of all traffic patrol. Large crowds and a great number of vehicles are expected. Please be patient and follow directions of traffic control officers. It will take time to get vehicles in and out of the parking lots. PROHIBITED ITEMS (back to top) Based on building policy and security guidelines, certain items are not permitted at Ford Park, including outside food and beverages, coolers, glass, cans, plastic bottles, alcohol, recording devices, lawn chairs, noisemakers, laser pointers, aerosol cans, illegal drugs, fireworks, weapons of any kind, chains and spiked jewelry. All guests are subject to search. Additional security measures and restrictions may be required for specific events. At Ford Arena events, guests are not allowed to bring in strollers. RE-ENTRY POLICY (back to top) Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is NOT permitted. Exceptions are made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Check with an Event Services supervisor at the door. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (back to top) ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, with the exception of canceled events or refused admission by SMG. Guests wanting to return tickets for canceled events must do so at their point of purchase. Due to tight touring schedules, there will be no rainouts at Ford Pavilion. Raincoats and ponchos are the preferred protection for rainy day conditions. Since the use of umbrellas would block the view of other paying guests, umbrellas are not allowed. Also, if you have a lawn seat and it has been raining you may want to bring a piece of plastic to place under your blanket to keep it from getting wet. RESTROOMS (back to top) Men's, Women's and accessible restrooms are conveniently located throughout Ford Park. See maps for specific locations. Ford Arena restrooms are located in the northeast, southeast, and southwest corners of the concourse. SIGN INTERPRETERS (back to top) Click here to go to Accessibility Information. SMOKING POLICY (back to top) Ford Arena is a smoke-free building. Smoking areas are located outside of the main lobby and on the steps outside the concourse glass doors on the west side of Ford Arena. Smoking in Ford Pavilion is allowed in the plaza areas but not under the Pavilion cover. TICKET INFORMATION (back to top) Box Office Location The main Ford Park Box Office is located at Ford Arena on the northwest corner. Regular hours are 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. On event days, the box office will open two hours before the event. The box office will be open a couple hours for Saturday on-sale dates. Ford Pavilion Box Office is opened only on Pavilion event days. Tickets for Ford Fields games can be purchased at the Ford Fields Ticket Window only. Methods of Payment The following forms of payment are accepted at the Ford Park Box Office windows: cash, money orders, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and traveler's checks. Cash only at the Ford Fields ticket window. By Phone Charge tickets by phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. A service charge will be applied to each ticket purchased. Online Order tickets online 24 hours a day at www.ticketmaster.com. A service charge will be applied to each ticket purchased. Accessible Seating Wheelchair accessible seating is available in a variety of levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets that you require accessible seating. Children's Admission Children under the age of two (2) who are sitting on the lap of an adult do not need a ticket. Children two (2) years and older must have a valid ticket to gain entrance to Ford Park events. Some shows intended for young audiences do require children over the age of one (1) to have a ticket. Please call in advance to verify policy for a specific event. Show Cancellations Please return tickets to the point of purchase for refunds on a cancelled event. If tickets were purchased by phone or online, contact Ticketmaster for refund instructions. Damaged Tickets Bring your damaged tickets to the Box Office for replacement. Lost/Stolen Tickets Lost tickets are not replaced - losing tickets is like losing money. Reserved-seating tickets that are stolen will be replaced at no charge provided the Box Office receives a copy of a Police report or case number detailing the exact location and event dates of stolen tickets. General admission tickets, such as lawn or floor, will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Refunds and Exchanges Please confirm your ticket selection at the time of purchase as all ticket sales are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, with the exception of cancelled events or refused admission by SMG. Scalping Soliciting to buy or sell Ford Park admission tickets is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted if apprehended. Will Call Tickets left at Will Call are available for pick up at Ford Park Box Office 90 minutes prior to the start of the event. To get your tickets, you must present a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Guests are not allowed to pick up tickets under another person's name without proper authorization. TOURS (back to top) Ford Park does not have a regular tour schedule. Tours are given to large groups when planned, for further information at 409-951-5400. Tickets that are prepaid through Ford Park may be picked up during regular business hours, a minimum of 48 hours after the order was placed. A photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up prepaid tickets.
